THE PARLOUR @ GERALDS BAR

A beautifully adorned and intimate space of just 38 seats, The Parlour at Geralds Bar offers diners a considered and memorable multi-course seasonal set menu experience. With reference to the traditions of haute cuisine of the past, we present a timeless integration of the classic and the contemporary.

Having spent his formative years working in Michelin starred restaurants in London, France, and Italy, Executive Chef Matthew Podbury garnered much praise and adoration with his first Australian venture, La Cachette, in Geelong.

The Parlour at Geralds Bar has been reserved to showcase not only the prestige of Matthew's acclaimed cooking, but also the very best of Australian produce.

The menu is priced at $145 per person with the option of adding supplements and courses. We also offer a beverage pairing for $100 per person.
